Founding Alben Landscapes in 1999, Ben used his experience in Landscaping to drive Alben’s development from start-up to a national business providing best in class horticultural and landscape maintenance. Ben is passionate about working as part of a fun management team that really cares about quality and customer service.
Edd’s role is focused on the key area of health and safety of staff, customers and all who encounter Alben’s operations and ensures compliance with legislations. Edd also oversees contract management, HR and quality control. Edd’s commitment is shared across the business and prompt action taken whenever improvements are suggested.
Lorraine has always been in the back ground of Alben & her commitment and eagerness to gain knowledge of the industry has ensured the continued success of the business. She now manages the admin office and ensures all run smoothly.
Since joining in 2002 Ol has played an active role in all aspects of the company and continues to be instrumental in the growth of the business. He has a prominent role in the quality control of works and finance sector of the company.
Simon Joined Alben in 2001 and is now responsible for management and operational performance. He coordinates the internal structure of the company to ensure an efficient working environment and that deadlines are met consistently. Simon is immensely proud of the business which has grown from an idea to a quality national service provider.
Sophie leads in account Management; she prides herself on great customer service and attention to detail, attributes that fit perfectly with Alben’s profile. She is also responsible for management and statutory accounts, such as keeping on top of payments and providing financial reports.
